What is Kool?

Kool is a food ordering and delivery platform that connects you with your favorite restaurants near you. Order meals for delivery, track your order in real time, and pay the way that suits you — Cash or Epayment. Kool runs on trusted technology and a reliable delivery network, so you get speed and reliability.

How do I create an account?

Sign up in the Kool app with your name, surname, and mobile number. You'll receive a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your number — no email or password needed to get started.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse restaurants and menus available near your delivery address.
  2. Add the items you want to your cart.
  3. Confirm your delivery address.
  4. Choose your payment method — Cash (pay the delivery partner on arrival) or Epayment (pay in-app).
  5. Confirm your order. You'll get a notification with your order status, and you can track your delivery partner's location in real time on the app.

What payment methods are accepted?

Kool supports two payment methods: Cash, paid directly to your delivery partner on arrival, and Epayment, paid securely in the app at checkout. No other payment methods are currently supported.

How do I recognize my delivery partner?

Once your order is confirmed, the app displays your delivery partner's name and photo. A notification shows the estimated delivery time, and the app updates your order status in real time — for example “Order being prepared,” “Delivery partner on the way,” and “Order delivered.”

Can I check my past orders?

Yes. The “My Orders” section of the app shows all your past orders, including the restaurant, items ordered, delivery partner details, your rating, and the amount paid.

Is Kool available every day, even at night?

Availability depends on each restaurant's own opening hours, which you can check in the app before ordering. Many partner restaurants offer late-night delivery.

How do I get a promo code?

Promo codes are regularly posted on Kool's official social media pages and sent via in-app notifications.
